Mental health has effected all of us in some way in our life. I have personally had issues in the past and have used MIND to help me through it. I got myself into a low spot and I know how easy it can be to get into tough situation like I was in. I am in such a better place now through the love and support of so many people. My friends and I want to give back and help those that may be in the same situation that I was in.

With Christmas coming those feelings and thoughts can be amplified. Please know that you are not alone and people are here to listen and help. We will be raising money by ski'ing 25KM into 25KM row then into a 50KM ride which is roughly 5 and a half hours. Any donation will be immensely appreciated and go to support people going through a tough time.
