Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Entering the ballot for the London Marathon 2011 last year I was hardly expecting to gain a place. However, with a stroke of luck I had and at the end of the summer 2010 the realisation soon dawned on me that I'm about to run further and longer than I have in my entire life! 

I am by no means a natural born Kenyan athlete, as most of you know, but after months of training, sweat, blisters, tears and overcoming injury in the winter, I'm only a few days away from race day!!

My dad suffers from one of the many forms of Lymphoma and raising money for the Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research Charity seemed like an obvious choice to make.

They are the only UK charity solely dedicated to research into blood cancers and any donation you can spare will go a long way to helping those who suffer from blood cancer and the thousands of people diagnosed each year with treatments and cures.
