Thanks for taking the time to visit my page and helping me raise money for Macmillan.  For over a year I've been learning to rock climb and abseil and am loving it, so I decided to get my friends involved.  I've invited them to overcome their fears and join me to raise money for Macmillan by gathering sponsors.

We'll do a series of abseils this year, both indoors and in the great outdoors and I have at least one 70ft abseil planned this year.  My friend and instructor James is helping me organise everything www.rosieandjimadventures.com and will provide equipment and instruction for my friends.
