This year I am running the GEAR (Great East Anglia Run) 10k again along with Hayley Footer (running her first ever organised run). It's something I really enjoyed doing last year and so this year we decided to try raising some money for a charity. Hopefully this year you guys will support us in raising money for a really amazing charity The Teenage Cancer Trust. The way this charity helps young people going through a really hard time is truly amazing and I would love to give something back. This is charity really close to my heart and any donation would be greatly appreciated. I finished the run last year in 49.17 mins, I'm looking to go for 45 mins this year! Hayley is bravely aiming for an hour or under!
