I'm taking part in the Prudential Ride 100 event in August and raising money for the RFU Injured Players Foundation.

Having played rugby my entire life I've been extremely fortunate to have never sustained any serious injury, but there are occasions where players suffer catastrophic injuries which not only halt their participaion in our sport but effect their entire lives. The IPF exists to assist those players and allow them to live a full and independent life, as well as supporting the research into how and why these injuries happen - and therefore prevent them in the future.

The rugby community always takes care of one another and any donation you can make to assist in the support of the IPF would be greatly appreciated.
