After a year off running due to a shoulder injury Im bursting with excitement at the thought of doing Windermere. This is the third  of a few challenges I'm doing for The Stan Bowley Trust which is a wonderful charity that has promoted 'state of the art' Cyber knife radiotherapy treatment for cancer sufferers in the UK -  prolonging life and giving hope.
