Story
I am going to deadlift 65 lbs (29kg) every day of February. This will be as minimum 1 set of 10 reps per day. I will be adding more weights as I go on and my hope is to manage 65kg for 1 final set of 3 reps by the end of the month.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic I cancelled all outside support since March 2020. It was the right decision but it has been difficult to manage without respite and school. Luckily I have been able to take part in various online activities arranged by Carers UK. It's been a welcome change to our chaotic routine.
