Assalmu'alaikum brother and sisters. 

Brother Rahi’s beloved Nanny Sayeda Khatun has sadly returned to her Lord. 

May Allah Grant her the loftiest of places in Jannah Tul Firdouse. Ameen.

Alhamdulillah we have created this charity appeal in her name. It will be a sadaqa jariya (ongoing charity) for her Insha'Allah.

We are trying to raise money for a Water Well to be built in a poor village in Bangladesh, giving them access to clean water can transform the lives of the whole community. Community water wells can serve 100’s of people.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased)." (Sahih Muslim)

So Insha'Allah for every sip a person takes out of this water well, every wudu done; she Insha'Allah will be rewarded.

Subhanallah imagine the rewards and the du'as she will be receiving even after she has passed away. Alhamdulillah.
