As many of you know, I (Saba) am a founder member of The Noor Foundation UK, working for the last 13 years to provide FREE kidney dialysis treatment to patients in Pakistan who are too poor too afford it themselves. The reality is stark - without this free treatment, they will die. We just ask for £24 (more if you can), the cost of two treatments, to help us to continue to provide this lifesaving treatment. We are not some huge charity with a lot of funds in the bank or staff; we are a very small organisation and everyone volunteers, so please support us and please dig deep and donate now.

As a reward for your generosity, should we reach our target by 11 May, we will give you an opportuntiy to have agood laugh at our expense in very silly costumes. It will be well worth it!
