Solent Sports FC aims to reduces social isolation and improve physical and mental health by using football to get people active. Tackle the stigma around mental health and be inclusive to all players. With recreational games on across Hampshire and surrounding counties the club is making a massive impact and hopes by linking up with HEH Mind to help more people connect via the beautiful game and promote positive mental health.

HEH Mind promotes good mental health within the Havant Borough, East Hampshire District and across Hampshire.
