We rescue and rehome Springer Spaniels to improve the lives of Scottish Springers

Story

Due to lockdown SRS cannot get out and about fundraising so we're running a virtual 5k event.

Run, walk or cycle 5k between now and the 18th July 2020,( date extended due to demand) send us proof with a screenshot of your donation on here and a screenshot/photo of the distance... We trust you so if not using an app or watch then tell a route you know is 5k (or more), for example Strathclyde Loch in Lanarkshire is 6k right round. Obviously we love to see photos of your dogs joining you but it's not essential to have your dog with you, or even own a dog to join in. There's no age limit or family numbers limit so it's £10 per medal, how you share your medal is up to you.

Send us proof of your £10 donation and your address to our Facebook page, Springer Rescue for Scotland, or you can email donate@springerrescuescotland.org with the same info....no address for medal so don't forget to let us know.

If you did our virtual 5k in 2017 its the same medal, sorry but we didn't want to spend money redesigning a new medal as we've enough medals to run this event for up to 250 people.
