Smith and Nephew Young Professionals' fundraiser.

Due to the cancellation of a number fundraising events which many charities rely on in order to operate, we want to help support one of S+N Hull’s 2020 charities – Humber Rescue.

We will be Walking, Jogging, Running (skipping or hopping if anyone likes) a combined total of 265.5km in 1 week - roughly the distance from S+N Hull to S+N Watford.

Humber Rescue are an independent charity that supplies fast response search and rescue operations on the Humber Estuary.
They cover approximately 540 square miles of water including the river Hull, Trent, Ouse and the River Humber.

The River Humber has proven to be one of the most unpredictable stretches of water in the world. Even the most experienced of navigators can get caught out by the shifting sandbanks and strong currents.
