Story

Our smiling little boy Harvey passed away 24th February 2009 only 8 months young. He was born with SMA Type 1. A terminal illness that was once unknown to us. He was a true fighter. Harvey went through a Hernia operation 2 months before he died. At this point he had not been diagnosed with SMA. We later found out at Birmingham Children's Hospital that it was a miracle he survived the operation as the anaesthetic should have been too much for little Harvey to cope with.

No words will ever explain how you feel when told there's nothing you can do to save your baby and that they don't have long left in this world. We hope money raised in memory of Harvey, will help other children and families affected by SMA. One day a cure will be found with your help!! X

Thank you so much for your kind support x x
