This year is my 50TH year and I am GRATEFUL for life so far and have HOPE for the life ahead. 

GRATEFUL of my beloved family, my cherished friends, work colleagues, neighbours and people I simply don’t know yet. 

I am also especially GRATEFUL of the team at The Countess of Chester Hospital - particularly the nursing staff of ward 43 and oncology.  Thank You for your kindness. 

So, in respect of the life I have been blessed with and as GRATITUDE to those who have helped my family and I this last year, please please help me celebrate my birthday by making a donation to raise as much money as possible for this fantastic charity.  Your donation will go some way to helping build a beauty outdoor balcony in the Intensive Care Unit so that some patients  and their families  / friends can see the light, breathe, look up and look beyond.
