In 2020 my friend Mark Robinson (Robbo) sadly passed away. Robbo was a big supporter of Wishes 4 Kids and raised £1,000s for the charity.

As well as being a great bloke, Robbo was a kind man and would always help support any charity event. We spent many happy times following Leicester City and drinking in The Fox and The Plough.

As anyone knows me, I'm terrified of heights. I can't even go 2 rungs up a ladder! When W4K asked me if I'd like to do a skydive, my first thought was, fortunately I'm 6 stone over the weight limit!

Anyway, I thought Robbo would find it hilarious if a) I went on a diet and b) jumped out of a plane. So far I've lost 5 stones and I've committed to facing my fears on August 22nd.

Wishes 4 Kids is an amazing charity which grants wishes to children with life limiting illnesses.
