Throughout 2023 the support staff of Southampton Football Club will be taking part in a series of grueling physical challenges to raise money for "4Louis" a charity that works across the UK to support those affected by miscarriage, stillbirth and the death of a baby.

Those taking part will undertake a personal challenge and many will undertake several in the coming year. From Marathons to Mountain climbing and beyond we are hoping to challenge our selves whilst raising awareness (and some cash!) for a really important cause.

We will keep this page updated with all our planned challenges and how we get on, posting photos and updates as we go!

All money raised will help "4Louis" continue to provide immeasurable support to those dealing with the heart break of child loss, helping families make memories that will be cherished for ever.
