So, this started as run /walk 100km in January for The British Heart Foundation. I cannot run a bath, that's OK they say, cycle 300 km instead. I don't do km, so its ended up being a 300 mile cycle challenge in January. Which should be achievable, but will be cold! Oh, and the target is to raise £100, so any support is very much appreciated.
