Its almost July again which means its almost British Vitality London 10K time! Last year I promised that I would try and maintain a steady working trot for the whole 10K, this year I'll aim for a cob style canter down the streets of London and try and make it round quicker than last year. 

Redwings is a really great Charity, they care for over 1500 horses ponies donkeys and mules, many of whom have been rescued from situations of neglect or even abuse. I have worked for Redwings for nearly 3 years now, and have seen first hand how important the work they do is, not just providing sanctuary for rescued equines but also working to improve awareness and understanding of equine welfare and behaviour throughout the UK and elsewhere!  I would be very grateful for any donations, as i'm sure will all the Equines at Redwings (including beautiful JJ pictured with me above!) !!
