Thank you for taking time to visit the Salop Leisure Mac 4x4 Challenge JustGiving page: A well known off-road navigational pursuit challenge covering 800 - 1000 miles over 3 days across some of the most challenging terrains in the UK, This event is linked to a work colleague of ours here at Salop Leisure Max Ball who has set up his own challenge MaxAndTheMac12 - this will see Max complete 12 challenges in 12 months.

Myself and Tony have been motivated to complete this challenge for Macmillan and Max due to unthinkable circumstances that have hit Max and his family last year, His Dad Steve has been diagnosed with an incurable cancer to the oesophagus, an aggressive tumour which is not curable. Steve will go through chemotherapy over the next month to help extend his life to hopefully see Max complete his 12 challenges over the next 12 months.

This is a difficult time for Max and his family and here at Salop Leisure we are going to support them all of the way and I hope that you all reading this will also help us raise as much as possible for this great cause.
