Story

I will be riding in the Injured Jockeys Fund Charity Race celebrating HM The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee at Newbury Racecourse on Saturday May 14 th.

I am very lucky to have this opportunity for which I’m hugely grateful!  However it won’t be easy fitting in the training around my full time job, I’ll need to improve my fitness and riding skills along the way. It’ll be a lot of hard work raising the money but its for a great cause.

The Fund has helped over 1000 jockeys and their families and has paid out more than £18m in charitable assistance. As we know there is the potential for life changing injuries every time they go out to ride…

It'll be a great experience to ride on Lockinge Day at Newbury, the training starts now. My target has been set at £5000 so any donations are much appreciated!!!!
