Story

On the 19th of July at 6am I will be starting a race consisting of a 2.4 mile swim/112 mile bike and 26 mile run, something that would of been unthinkable for me less than 18 months ago.

On December 17th 2013  I suffered a serious facial trauma whilst at work. The hyperbaric chamber offered their support and over the course of three months whilst unable to work they helped me greatly with my recovery.

"They say you should look for the good in every bad situation, but if you can't see anything good in a situation, make something good happen that wouldn't of happened without it"

This is my chance make some good and help and charity who helped me more than you can imagine.
