Story

Atul died on 3rd November 2013, aged 46. He was a loving husband and a brilliant daddy to Kai (7) and Jay (6). He started his battle with cancer in 2005, when he was diagnosed with bowel cancer. After surgery and 9 months of chemo, he made a full recovery. He loved his boys dearly and, as an avid football supporter, bribed the kids in following Liverpool football club too!! He took them to several games at Wembley Stadium and relished every single moment with them. In October 2013 Atul was diagnosed with Anaplastic Thyroid cancer. The cancer spread aggressively through his body and unfortunately he lost his battle against this cruel disease. He will be fondly remembered by many friends and family and his spirit will live on.

Atul was lovingly cared for by the staff at Michael Sobell Hospice and we would like to thank them truly for all the help that they offered Atul and family in the last few days of his life.
