Crohns and Colitis is a fantastic charity that raise awareness to a horrible, debilitating disease.
Hopefully in the not too distant future medical research will find a cure and stop all theses mostly, very young people suffering on a day to day basis.
We're taking part in the Manchester 10k and would be grateful for any donations big or small.
