I will be running the British 10km run in London on Sunday 10th July 2011 and have chosen Allergy UK as the charity I wish to support.

Allergy UK is a leading national medical charity established to increase understanding and awareness of allergy, food intolerance and chemical insensitivity. It also acts as the ‘voice’ for sufferers, representing the views and needs of those affected by this multi – organ disease.

Advice, information and support are offered to people with allergies, intolerances and sensitivities via the helpline, online web chats, forum, leaflets, newsletters etc.

The help and support offered by Allergy UK is recognised as being invaluable by those who receive it.  The charity relies heavily upon the goodwill of supporters to ensure it can provide its invaluable service.
