Story

I have run marathons and Tough Mudders to raise money for charity as well as sponsor many of you lovely people doing crazy things.  It has to be said though that this challenge is the one I have been dreading.  It all started as a bit of a joke and then Matt being Matt just wouldn't let go of it.

So here it is...

I am being forced into shaving my head so that Matt doesn't have to look like Dara O Briain alone.

The serious bit...

He's ex army so shaving his nut is nothing new for him.  The last time I shaved my head I was nine years old and I looked like I'd stuck some ears on a football.

So if I must shave my head then I would like to raise some money along the way for a fantastic charity and I hope you will show your support for Matt's chosen charity - The Millie Rose appeal c/o Neuroblastoma Children's Cancer Alliance.

Matt has been watching the progress of a little girls fight with this very aggressive form of cancer and you can read about her story here - https://www.facebook.com/MillieRoseAppeal?fref=ts

Im being serious, I really don't want to shave my head so I have set the bar fairly high at £501.00 and if we reach that lovely sum of money then I will shave my head in support of my mate Matt (sicknote) and Millie Rose on his behalf.

All jokes aside, it will be a proud moment raising money for such a great cause and that is the ONLY thing that makes this worthwhile.

I know I ask a lot of you often for your support and I appreciate you can't support me everytime.  For those that can offer their support either morally, verbally or monetary I sincerely thank you!

This should now be my last plea for sponsorship so if you missed sponsoring me for the Marathon or either of the last two Tough Mudders then please do take the time to give even just a little.

If you dont then that next round of drinks won't taste so good will it!

Thank you lovely people!
