On the 7th April 2013 I am dragging myself around 10k of muddy slopes, freezing water and challanging obstacles known as the Wolf Run! -http://www.thewolfrun.com/info/  as part of a team made up of members of www.outdoorpt.co.uk  As a team we are raising funds for the Military ward at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Selly Oak. 

It's a great cause, one that is close to the hearts of the organisers of OPT and some of its members. The great work they do in looking after our injured troops is tremendous!!!
