Run for Dementia
Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
How many miles can you run in 30 days? Could you take on 50 or 100 miles to help us beat dementia?

Story

My Mum was diagnosed with Alzheimers a few years ago. She was fit and well before it came along and is the most caring person I have ever known. I am a nurse, and I firmly believe that I have this vocation because of her caring nature. Over the years the disease has taken away many things. I love her and so I decided to do something positive. Trust me, she will be happy I'm excercising!...and every mile is a mile for Mum.

The past few months have been tough for everyone, but coronavirus has hit those affected by dementia the hardest and continues to disrupt lives. So that's why I'm lacing up my trainers and taking on Run for Dementia. Please donate to support me and ensure Alzheimer's Society can be there for the people who need them most.
