Story
I'm running the 2023 London Marathon in memory of my Mum, Catherine Row who died in 2020 after 10 years of living with cancer and who I miss every day.
She was without doubt the most caring, thoughtful and kind person, an NHS nurse, she dedicated her life to looking after others, alongside being a superstar Mum and a dedicated friend.
During her battle with cancer, when she needed some extra support, Macmillan were always there for her and I'll forever be grateful for everything they did for her throughout her time living with this horrible disease. Helping anyone else that has to go through the horrific experience of a cancer diagnosis get the support that Macmillan provides is the best thing I can do to honour her.
I'd really appreciate any support you can give - see you on the start line!
