I'm raising money in memory of my wonderful grandad, grandad moustache (as I called him until he shaved his moustache off when I was about 6 and I got so confused on what to call him) was so loving and creative - which I think deep down inspired my creativity a lot and to pursue doing what I love. 

My grandad passed away far too young and Wigan & Leigh Hospice helped him when he needed it most SO I'm Running the Manchester Marathon on April16th 2023 to raise money for them!

The Hospice relies on the support of the community and needs to raise around £10,000 every day to enable our loved ones to be cared for in a dignified way in their hour of need.  The nurses and voluntary staff do a great job (one I certainly couldn’t do) so please give generously to enable this to continue. 

I've wanted to fundraise for W&L Hospice for a while and didn't know how to, as I wanted something challenging. I've never ran further than a half marathon and my marathon training is already proving to be a challenge - one I am loving, but any donations will be appreciated so much... no matter how big or small and will go to such a worthy needed cause! (and keep my motivation up TY)
