AMMF is the UK's only cholangiocarcinoma charity. Our main aims are to raise the awareness of cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer), to provide information, and to support specialised research teams in their work to find the causes, methods of earlier diagnosis and treatments for this disease.

Story

Thanks for visiting our page, here is a bit of information about why we are doing this.

Ross and Scott grew up together. Only a few years difference in age, they always had common interests; computer games, sports and mucking around. Many Saturdays of their childhood were spent playing N64 or playing balloon tennis.

Scott was one of those few people who is talented at everything they turn their hand to. Sports, languages, maths, humour, music, dancing, you name it, Scott was awesome at it. So much so, that when Ross and Jay got married, not only was Scott an usher and had everyone laughing away, but he also played violin during the ceremony and rocked out on the dance floor all evening.

Scott lost his brave fight against Cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) in February 2019. AMMF is the UK’s only charity for this type of cancer, and the money we raise will hopefully help them in research and raising awareness.

Thank you for your donation.
