Sufferfest Knighthood Challenge · 7 July 2018

We change children’s lives every day by pioneering ground-breaking medical treatment in a comfortable & engaging environment at Sheffield Children’s. All the money raised helps create a healthier future for children & young people, funding projects that are over & above the standard NHS provision.

Story

The Sufferfest app http://thesufferfest.com/ is a cycle turbo training app. It trains by pushing cyclists to extend their personal limits of power and cadence output. I've been using this system now for 6 months with impressive results in my fitness. The "Knighthood Challenge" is to complete 10 sessions, back to back with only 10 minute rests between each.

I work at The Sheffield Children's Hospital one of only four dedicated children’s hospital trusts in the UK. It has recently undergone major refurbishment. The NHS provides the basics of what is needed, The "Make it Better" Appeal aims to do just that and make every hospital visit BETTER for the children and families involved. I'm doing my bit and we would be hugely grateful if you could support that by ANY donation, big or small.

I'm going to suffer, so that they don't have to.
