The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

My name is Rosie and I am 7 years old. I have 4 brothers and no sisters so I like being the only girl. I have never cut my hair before and it now reaches all the way down my back. I have read about Little Princess Trust and it made me so sad that children don't have hair when they go to school or out to play so I asked mummy if I could cut my hair to give it to them (I think they will like my blonde hair!)

It cost £300 to make one wig that would cost someone £1,500 to buy from a shop so I am trying to raise some money to help make a wig. Please can you help me by sponsoring my hair cut.

I really like my hair the way it is but I don't mind having it cut if it can help some children so can you give me some of your pennies...or £'s...lots of £'s. By Rosie Bartram
