We Are on call every hour of every day to save lives in Glencoe and beyond.

Story

We are a group of people whose lives were changed forever on 19th January when an avalanche in Glencoe took the lives of four wonderful young people, two of whom we were lucky enough to call good friends. Glencoe Mountain Rescue were there to get them back to their families, along with helping our two other friends, one of whom was seriously injured, who survived in the avalanche.

Our friends loved nothing more than an adventure in the outdoors and to celebrate their lives and raise money for Glencoe Mountain Rescue we are taking part in a Trithalon of events. The Edinburgh Marathron has been run, and there is a cycle ride to come but the event I am taking part in is a mile long swim in Windermere.

Wish me luck and Thanks for your support.
