Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

WE DID IT!!!

Sunday, 19th August was BOILING!

At 8.30 a.m we set off for the swim in the lake, with about 100 other (very serious) competitors. Then it was on to the bikes for a 20km whizz round the lanes towards Godmersham and then back to the stadium and then a 5km "run" around the grounds of the stadium and track at the Julie Rose.

We were all really pleased with our achievements. Annie managed a very creditable 1.49, Clare a PB of 1.38 and Rosie was the proud recipient of an Age Group award ( 55 to 59 year olds are a rarity in the Triathlon world!!)
