My friend Matt and I are holding an event in support of Dogs for the Disabled to contribute to providing a better quality of life for people with spinal cord injuries and other disabilities.  Matt is doing a long-distance run and an hour of sparring with the Shukokai Karate Union. The event will be held at the CDYST sports venue in Sheffield on Sunday 27th Feb at 4pm.
