I am running with my daughters in the Great Manchester run on the 28th may . It's 10k so not far but a giant step for me!

We are running with the Alzheimer's Society team raising money and awareness for research. My dad lived with Alzheimer's for some years and it's a terrible disease.

I know we are asked for money all the time so I'm not asking for big donations. Just a little something if you can but mainly keep us in your hearts on the day. And check out Dementia Friends- an amazing project educating us in how to support people with Dementia and helping to build a caring and Dementia friendly world. Thanks friends!
