Breast cancer care have kindly given me one of their 30 charity spots to run the London marathon in memory of my beautiful mum, Lisa Mahoney Sheppard. 

Everyone who knows our family knows how close we are as a unit and the how great the loss we suffered was and will always remain to be. She was my best friend and my entire world. She was not just a loss to us alone but to everyone who knew her, because those who did became captivated by the complete beauty and love she had in her heart for the whole world and everyone in it. 

Running this marathon and Raising money for breast cancer care could mean perhaps supporting others going through the same battle my mum faced and their families too. Xxx
