On September 20th I will set out on by bicycle from Cardiff to ride back to Bessbrook, the place where Kerry & I grew up.  The journey will take me four days to complete and although I haven't got the body of either Bradley Wiggins or Chris Froome, I have the determination to do this in memory of my sister Kerry.
