Rob Kinsey was a work colleague at Tomorrow Communications who unfortunately lost his battle with cancer earlier this year. The TC family have got together to raise money for Woking Hospice who cared for Rob.

A load of us are doing the Windsor Half Marathon this Sunday. The most running I've done is the sprint to the kebab shop at midnight, so this could be interesting. Please give anything you can.
