I'm not looking forward at all to climbing Snowdon from a physical perspective as I'm not the elite athlete I once was when playing football professionally.

Nonetheless it needs to be done as some of the mental health challenges facing our fellow citizens make the effort worth while. Not enough is done by government and whilst my charity Health Through Sport can help we really need your funding support.
