As many of you know August 2019 Jo had a large bleed on the brain, she spent 7 months at Walgrave and being admitted into ICU three times. 

Unfortunately, just as she was being prepared to make her way home after rehab an infection took hold which was just too strong for her. 

She fought for so long x

She will be missed my so many people, and she will receive the best send off ever. 

The UHCW charity helps provide equipment and resources for patients in the care of the hospital, the staff are amazing. ❤️NHS
