Gavin, Mark and myself are attempting to complete the Scotland Coast to Coast challenge on the 15th of September.  The event is a race to be completed in around 12 hours and covers 102 miles, including over 80miles of road and offroad cycling, a marathons worth of running up some steep hills and a bit of kayaking thrown in there, just for a laugh!  The route starts in Nairn and goes through Fort Augustus and Fort William taking in the sights of Loch Ness, The Great Glen and Ben Nevis with us finally finishing in Glen Coe .
