Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In 2015 I will be forty and so I am attempting to complete forty challenges. They are not particularly easy...if you take a look at the list on my blog at www.drronamackenzie.wordpress.com you will see that they are a true mix of physical challenge and new experiences.
Some of these challenges require months of training; for example, I won't be successful in conquering the 100km race without eight months of dedicated training under my belt! Nor will I conquer Mount Elbrus without significant time getting fit and training to learn to use crampons and ice axes. Ultimately I am hoping that 39 of my efforts will result in the one 'big one'...to raise £4040.40 for charity. I am supporting four charities: this page is to raise money for Classroom in the Clouds. My visits to Nepal over the last three years have significantly changed me and my outlook on life. The children there have difficult yet exceedingly happy lives and education is the greatest gift that they can receive. I hope that through my small efforts, people in much more difficult circumstances can be supported. A little discomfort on my part will hopefully go a long way to making the lives of others significantly better.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Please do dig deep and help me on my quest. My forty challenges will be personally challenging, so for every day of training and challenge I endure, please add a few pennies to help the lives of others. As they say, every penny counts.
You can track my progress on my blog...

Each of my forty challenges will be videoed on my trusty GoPro to prove that I crack it!
Thank you. Lots!x
