Story
So this time I'm doing my biggest adventure yet. Five of us are going to cycle from Beira on the coast of Mozambique, to Walvis Bay on the Namibian coast of the Altantic Ocean, 2,404 miles away. The route goes through Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana, and includes the Victoria Falls and the Okavango Delta. We reckon that no one has ever successfully completed our route.
Half of the fundraising efforts are going to the One Foundation, who build sustainable water pumps throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. We're going to be visiting as many of these 'PlayPumps' as we can en route. And if we can raise £14,000, we can build our own pump along the route! The rest is being split between Maggie's Cancer Caring Centres, the RNLI, Medecins Sans Frontieres, CHAS, Cancer Research UK and Macmillan's Cancer Support.
So please please please sponsor me! Just to put that into perspective, if you were to give just a penny for every kilometre I'm cycling, that's £38.58! Every single penny raised through justgiving goes to our seven charities, but if you'd prefer to help us out with the costs of our project, or donate some equipment, please send us a message.

Much love, Ro xxx
