I have been inspired by Margaret and Doug Barnard who continue to take on this challenge year on year to help raise money for the British Lung Foundation and Breathe Easy Neath Valley. They have raised over £35,000 and have helped the group to fund a pulmonary rehabilitation programme, which is a lifeline for many people with lung disease in the community.

I hope my contribution can help to make this year the most successful abseil yet.
