This year we are taking part in Inverurie's Twilight Walk which is a 10K walk in aid of Cancer Research UK.

This charity is very close to our hearts, we are doing this walk in memory of our beautiful cousin Suzanne who tragically lost her battle in August 2014.   Just 6 months later our amazing Auntie Margaret (Suzanne's Mum) also lost her brave battle.

Both Mother and Daughter had gone through this together for 3 years and were at one point the only Mother and Daughter to both be treated for cancer at the same time in the whole of the North East. They were very fortunate in once sense; to have one another. They both understood how each other was feeling throughout, good days and bad.

Both were truly inspiring throughout both their illness' and kept so positive right to the end. 

Cancer research is soooo important in the fight which so many have lost, we need to keep the donations coming in order for there to be a cure and one day no one will have to lose a loved one in such tragic circumstances.
