A Memory Walk For Grampa

Manchester Memory Walk · 28 September 2013 ·
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am raising money for Alzheimer's after I lost an extremely large part of me in 2009. My grampa had sadly passed away to the illness in the early hours of New Year's Day, and I said goodbye to not only my grampa but a best friend and a parent.. I would like this opportunity to help raise money for the charity and to hope one day there will be a cure. Below is a link to the Memory Walk I will be taking part in..
