Hi I'm a former pro boxer Who retired due to injuries but I've been working well getting myself back fit again and I want to do something to help others cancer is a horrible disease which effects a lot of family and friends so I've set myself a tough challenge Bolton Ironman 2.4 miles swim hundred and 112 mile bike ride and then you need to run the marathon to finish I have never done any sort of triathlon before  but I've been involved in sports all my life and I am very competitive so I will train as Hard as I can to make sure I complete the Ironman and tried to raise as much money as possible for Cancer research please help me to raise as much money possible anything will help thank you for your support and may God bless you all x
