Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Over 2016 I've done 2 charity events and you have all been generous in supporting me and ellenor both donating money and "Good Luck" wishes. Well this is my final challenge and it's a BIG ONE!!

Next year on 1st February I will be 50 (I know I don't look it) and to celebrate that momentous occasion I have decided to walk 50 miles (almost). To give you an idea of how far that is it's approximately the same distance as from London to Cambridge or Oxford.

I will be visiting all the ellenor centres and shops (bar 1) in Kent, starting in Tunbridge Wells, then Tonbridge, Swanley, Bexley, Blackfen, Welling, Bexleyheath, Crayford, Dartford, Swanscombe, Gravesend, Northfleet and finally ending back in Gravesend at the hospice centre there. This is a journey of roughly 47 miles and will take me 16 plus hours of walking on a cold and dark February day.

I know this is not the most opportune time to do it as money is always tight around Christmas and the weather won't be the best in February but if you can donate something, no matter how much, I would be grateful. Just follow the instruction below.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
