Our fathers, partners, brothers and friends are facing a health crisis, yet it’s rarely talked about. Men are dying too young. We can’t afford to stay silent.We are the leading charity changing the face of men’s health. 

Not only will I be growing a moustache, which is a task in itself, but I'll be riding around all of the Milkwood Care homes. 

I'll be starting at The Mountains Nursing home in the Brecon Beacons on 1st November and will virtually call in at all the eight other homes on the way to head office in Petersfield.
